The State Economy Bank carries out subsidies from the means of the state treasury budget for loan interest for doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives, as well as amortization of these loans. The loan is designed to adapt premises, purchase fittings, medical apparatus or equipment, as well as means of transport that serve the following purpose:

Individual medical practice, individual specialist doctor's practice, individual nurse practice, individual specialist nurse practice, individual midwife practice, individual specialist midwife practice, group doctors' practice, group nurse practice, and a group midwives' practice.

Subsidy programme for bank loan interest subsidies granted on the basis of removing consequences of floods, land slides and hurricanes 

Subsidies towards bank loan interest granted to remove consequences of floods, land slides and hurricanes can be obtained by councils for buying or purchasing council flats for people, who in the consequence of flood lost their homes, or a residential building, and do not have a possibility to rebuild it with the use of their own means, as well as natural persons. 

The loan is granted for a period of 10 years, with a possibility of grace period in paying off the capital up to 24 years. The loan amount, that a candidate can apply for varies, depending on its purpose and the rebuilding or renovation costs. The loan interest is identical for all debtors and amounts to 2% on a yearly basis. The loan can be granted not earlier than 24 months from the month in which the damage occurred. The loans are granted both, by the co-operating bank branches, as well as by the Branches of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
